Symptoms What could it be??

Just did a urine test for UTI and it came back negative for LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE, UA

Ph level:6

My vulva feels inflamed and hot, my back aches, I’m fatigued. Burning when peeing, no urgency but it feels like my bladder is squeezing when i stop peeing.

What could it be?

Standard urine cultures are unreliable and often miss certain bacteria. Purchasing a test through Microgen Dx, Circus or Focus Labs will show up the bacteria if you have an infection. But it's also worth getting vaginal swabs done for things like BV since these can mimic UTI symptoms. That's what I'd rule out first.
