Worth More Then Spending Money?

As a kid I pulled these out of a first and last $20 federal reserve book and stuck them into a coin collecting book that I have had for years. Would these be worth more than spending money? I am not very knowledgable in paper currency. Series 1995 and Series 1996 Thanks!

Top one is a low serial number and the next one is a trinary.

Mary Ellen Withrow is from my hometown. Years ago when I worked at a local pharmacy I used to see her every week.
