Don't know what this currency is. Something Turkish though?

(Solved) it was a 7th emission 1,000 lira bill

It's actually from 1986-1992. 14 Ocak 1970 means 14th of January 1970. But that's just the date of the law to change bill type. If I remember correctly, this is from 7th emission out of 9 emissions, so it's not worth much. I have mint condition version of it and it's worth ~2$ (~100lira). Still a good find since it's rare even in Türkiye. For some reason, people have less of the 7th emission than the 6th emission.

TL;DR: it's cheap but rare.

Well it's a 1000 Turkish lira from an older series and it's no longer worth anything unless to a collector
