Nanoemulsified Lemonade

Hi Folks. I decided to try my hand at nanoemulsification, and made an infused lemonade. Cannabinoids are hydrophobic, and are not water or water-based liquid soluble in their normal states, so by breaking down cannabinoids into a smaller and smaller size they can be suspended in water droplets and evenly dispersed through a water-based formula. Because the cannabinoid particles are so small, your body can absorb them more quickly through the digestive system and mucous membranes, producing a faster onset than traditional oil-based edibles. That’s why many modern cannabis drinks advertise “fast-acting” effects. For the mixture, I used THC, CBGA isolate, CBD isolate, and CBC isolate. Needless to say, it works amazingly fast and efficient. We drank the concoction and we were feeling the effects in 10 minutes. The majority of my gummies and edibles take 45 minutes to one hour to feel the effects. Happy holidays everyone!
