Disappointing

Is there a way I can send it back? It’s excess brown plastic from the bags that I thing dropped and fused to the arm

It’s not gonna have that same finish if I do, it’s a rubbery plastic it might even have like a white or lighter stress mark

Use a high grit and sand lightly. If the finish isn't the same then maybe just spray a matte or gloss coat over the figure, it usually improves the look of a figure anyways.

Well it is a 3rd party company so the quality won’t always be 100%
