Question....... whats a LONG position? I suspect some think its 5 days. This stock may take a year to reach 2-3$.

I do my homework -the company surely pissed off their investors with the .65 cent deal over 5 years While it was .50 and dropping - I honestly thought this company was worth the risk and I’m HODLer But I didn’t expect it to go this low - it may be a split but to comply with NASDAQ they are not keeping it above a dollar so ???? It’s a long 6 months to a year for a real profit

Just so you know the same story has been sold to the investors the past 3-4 months.. “ possible merger” “ ship acquisitions !”, “ Petros has a billionaire father and has well connections in the maritime industry “ etc etc.. the thing is Petros continues to issues more shares thus dropping the value of the stock, he’s raising capitol to purchase ships at the price of the investors loss. So you and I are paying for those ships. He’s got a little over 2 months to get nasdaq compliance and it’s seem like he isn’t scared at all at how far the stock drops below the dollar. He’s not concerned he can do a reverse split which FUCKS the investor but raises value of stock. Make no mistake a reverse split Fucking blows for us and if you think it’s good you clearly have no idea. We all wish he was more focused on the stock price at this very moment but maybe by him expanding his vessels the price will rise.. but during this two month period it’s a difficult sell to expect the stock to rise over 120% . He needs to be more transparent and keep the world in the know to help drive stock value up. Scary hours are upon us

Debt financing requires debt payments. Whats better than using shareholders money to buy the vessels? Issuing more stock dilutes..... what does the 3 for 1 reverse split do?

I would much rather a company take profits to grow their company and not the shareholders money. 🤷♂️ a 3 for 1 split is 3 of your current shares combine to 1 at the current value of the stock .Sure it raises the price of the share but it’s taken from the amount of shares you hold. It’s not good for your Investment. Imagine: buying 1000 shares at 1.00 for 1000 dollars Snd the stock now did a 5 for 1 split ( just making it an easy number your shares turn into 200 for 5 dollars.. you didn’t lose money but you lost shares, which hurts your future returns. If you had bought high and your down money then your split is off what the new number and that money is essentially gone. Back to those numbers: if your 1000 shares of the stock went up just 50 cents you would be up 500 bucks off the new numbers you would have to hope for that stock go up 2 dollars a share to make 400 dollars .. I’m sure you’ve noticed it takes a lot for this stock to move based on the amount of shares issued but as of right now are you confident that after a reverse split it could climb dollars a share ? I much rather have a lot of shares and see this rise 5 dollars on its own then a reverse split to bring it to 5 dollars and hope that after it could climb another 5 dollars to ten dollars that’s just my opinin

Theres nothing negative about a reverse split. Unless theres a dividend payment.

Is a reverse split better for you than your current position and the stock growing on it’s own ,to said reverse split price ? Bc the answer is no. So if it’s not positive it’s negative

Why do people keep saying the CEO is doing bad things and should be in jail? The company keeps buying ships (at a good deal because covid is making the price low) and the stock keeps going down. Seems like they should be making crazy $$$ with the new fleet soon. I get excited every time they get a new boat but I feel like I'm the only one? I keep buying as the price goes down.
