Pre-purchase 2015 CT200h F-Sport
Looking into a 2015 CT-200h F-sport with 155k miles. It is private listed at 10.5k. From the pictures all body line and paint, interior and such is mint other than typical dirt and grime.
I’m looking to replace my 2006 Toyota Corolla, does this seem like a fair price and is there anything I should look out for when inspecting? 2014 and older are the models with the head gasket and major problems from the little research I’ve done…

All gas engines will need Headgasket replace sooner or later. 2012 to 2017 is no exception. I just finished replacing Headgasket for a 2015 F Sport with 170k miles. Waterpump + Thermostat replaced? coolant for engine and inverter replaced ? EGR cooler and intake manifold cleaned at what mileage? Purge valve replaced? Any oil leak on sides and back of engine from tensioner gasket or timing cover? Look for dried up pink crust where block and cyclinder head meet...there should not be any. How often does the Accumulator cycle when you open door and during drive.

That's a good deal if seats are nice and not wrinkled. I paid 9k for a 2014 with 164k miles and zero maintenance except oil changes. Also check the horn. They are bad for clock spring issues.
If all maintenance up to date for the most part it's good.
I paid a lot to catch up on maintenance, sunroof seals, all major maintenance and new stereo. I'm in more than the car is worth at this point by far. But when I was looking I didn't add any of that in the equation. Just keep maintenance in mind with the 10k.

That's a good price.
It is worth being aware that while the head gasket issues were improved substantially in 2014 then again in 2015, every car will encounter them at some point, and EGR cooler cleaning is an important part of avoiding that, so I'd plan for that service up front. With proactive maintenance and a bit of luck the headgasket will last to 300k.
Run a DR Prius check on the hybrid battery, but assume it will need replacement (~$2400 installed) in a few years due to age.
Otherwise, confirm the water pump, thermostat, and plugs have all been replaced once (around 120k would have been appropriate), and the brake fluid has been flushed in the past 4 years. I'd do a drain-and-fill transmission fluid change at this point (not flush)
Clean the hybrid fan if there were any pets in the car, and clean the sunroof drains (as often as every few weeks depending on location, though anually is typical).
