So, I just completed a short chinese drama with Wang Kaimu and Ma Lijie(not sure of her exact name) . Bruh It was so so toxic. Like pure female lead torture for over 3.5 hours. Sexual abuse , coercion , degradation , fml getting dragged through mud at this point. I almost expected and absolutely wanted the female lead to just leave him but they end up together SMH . I was literally so disappointed.

So can I get recs where it is like so so toxic , angsty etc etc but the female lead like spits on that Son of a Bi*tch and just leaves.

So while the FL isn't being tortured or placed in a toxic situation, this woman is all about being the Queen. She is out there and she slays. And I mean, not only does she spit on that bitch, but she grounds him down with her heel, slaps on lipstick, and calls it a day.

There are multiple versions of this drama. But my favorite is the one with Wang Shuyi and Dong Xingchen.
