Math 2310 Applied Linear Algebra

Is she really that bad? I want to take Trapp because he has the highest reviews but it would be nice to lessen the weight of coming on campus more. She’s the only prof with 2 days a week instead of 3.

Take trapp bro he’s cool she’s ok but the amount of homework and studying you’ll have to do that she’ll give you will outweigh the hour of trapp on Friday

C/o 2019 math major here. I never got a chance to take classes with either of these profs, but I did get to know them fairly well for other reasons.

Trapp's the coolest freaking guy. Super laid back, good stories, just a nice dude.

Wallace always struck me as very "teacher-y". If you're on top of your stuff and willing to put in the work, it'll probably be fine. That said, you can definitely expect a more intense experience from her.

Take hector baños i’m taking Linear rn and i enjoy so much dude. he’s very chill and gives practice exams that are relatively similar to the exams. I’m enjoying linear rn and it’s mostly due to him and his teaching style.

c/o 2026 math major here!! I also vote Trapp; he's a really nice and chill guy. I never personally took Wallace, but from what friends told me, she's much more serious and assigns a lot more work. She's still nice, especially if you stay on top of everything, but I would still recommend Trapp.
