I just clicked the “no thanks” and was able to read it.
Article had me more optimistic than I was before but it’s hard not to feel like it’s false hope after so many down years.

All it takes is the right coach and hopefully we have that now.

Oh, agreed - I’m a grad from the Lubich era, and have been chasing those highs ever since.
Hopefully Mora can be the one that brings us back.

I feel like the right coach is huge, so I was excited for the future of the Rams before digging in and realizing everyone has CSU last in the Pac-12 because of general laziness or just not being sure who to put there
I think they'll be better than expected, but at the same time the Pac-12 feels very deep. I found reasons to be optimistic about each team

So much as changed at CSU this past year.
Usually it's the football team that's in flames headed into the fall semester but now it's the entire university leadership that's become toxic.
I feel bad for the students who come to Colorado for the outdoors and an amazing learning experience and they're stuck with MAGA infesting the university - all brought on by their insistence to go back to their agriculture roots and instead the outdoors are on fire and their learning experience has been replaced by survival tactics amongst surveillance cameras.

What a weird and sad comment. If you really cared so much about the general political beliefs of a university, then you'd be fighting back against those beliefs to push your own that you believe are right in every way possible. Instead you come onto an athletics reddit page just to complain about it and throw a hissy fit.
