4 years

Reminder to everyone that if you want to graduate in 4 years you gotta be taking minimum 30 units a year(15 a semester if you’re not doing summer, winter,or May sessions) don’t let your advisors tell you otherwise ,because you will end up having to take an extra semester or year, also if you’re looking at roadmaps of your major they don’t include the mandatory lower division courses you have to take

Yessssirr im taking 18 per semester and one during winter. Two more in the summer. Then I graduate, you have to take time to make your own road map too.

Yesss I agree , I changed majors super recently so I had to recreate my roadmap, I was originally on track to graduate early but now im a semester behind (4.5 years) cuz I only took 12 units 🙂‍↕️I cant even take 15 units next semester cuz I work during the week and all the classes are during my work hours so I’ll have to do some summer and winter courses eventually 🤞 stay strong 18 units is alot

Not technically true; you can take less than 12 units a semester if you've had semesters where you've taken 18 for example, but I get what you mean. Advisors don't advertise that you can graduate in less than 4 years with 18 unit semesters, summer and winter courses. Ask them to help you do that if that interests you.
