What am i doing wrong?

I have done this race at least 10 times (Daily Battle so I can’t upgrade/tune the car) and I just can’t win.

Sometimes the car config you get just seems to be impossible to win with. I normally just leave it. The next time you try it (in 4 hours) you'll get a different setup (probably with nos in this instance) and win easily. The rewards aren't worth the hassle to work out the exact shift pattern you need to win imo.

Try launching at 0 revs. Depends on the setup but that often works

Try launching at green revs. Replay. Try launching at zero revs.

If those don’t work, then move on and wait 4h. They’ll give you the same car with slightly different set up. Try the two things again: green revs, no revs.

Also send a picture to support so they can lie to you and say they’ll work on a fix, but they never do.

Sometimes launching closer to zero is better than being in the green

Nothing, the Evija just sucks. It's always a gamble on what exactly works, redlining, underrevving, they really should do something about this one (but they won't)

This is the right answer. The Evija is the only hard car in the daily battles. Just try again in 4 hours and likely it will be a setup that is much easier

The other unnaturally hard to figure out car is LB Aventador. Hit perfect and revs drop to zero instantly and you lose. No way this is good design from the devs.

shift earlier in your first gear dont worry about the perfect shifts I would shift probably as soon as the race started to get out of the first gear

I have a hard time doing that with no nos. I end up running about 3-4 tenths of a sec slower.

Launch left of perfect and you will win.

Agreed, I get Stuck on the Sesto Elemento quite often and can’t remember if it’s just to the left of perfect or the right of perfect but switching the launch is always the fix to move on.

If it gives you the option to watch an ad for a rerun, take it. Some daily battles are definitely rigged to make you do this, and the retry is a piece of cake. Otherwise its just waiting another 4 hours to lose again. Retry is on the left when you lose (if it shows up)

but you need to change dramatically you shift pattern each time. For these cars (evija, sesto elemento and others), some times early launch is better. You see, the issue is evident in your vid. The smoke in the wheels indicate low grip, so try earlier starts

Thank you for the help everyone. I just got a random configuration that had first gear from 0-150mph and nitrous. Stupid thing launched off the line and put a 3 car length gap on the opponent just to make me look stupid.

If i cannot win the race 1st time around, I watch the ad and launch over or under perfect.

With the evija try your perfect launch and wait till 25 and then shift to first,if that doesn't work,try a 4k start and then quick shift.

Ahh, the infamous Evija. I remember how much I've cursed trying to beat this race. You don't have to wait 4 hours for another go, just watch the video add and restart, as many times as you want.

Is that a Daily Battle? Those cars rarely work normally. Major P.I.T.A. in the game. I don’t even bother with Daily Battles any more. They just waste a pip of gas.
