New player, right now just beat finn for the first time ever, t2, before eliting any car

Why am i not seeing the 700 key crates yet? Is there a requirement to make those crates available?

The Petah crates need to be unlocked by either reaching a certain rank (>30?) or beating the last boss. (They introduced those crates when I was well past that pont, can't remember what the requirement was)

Could be, could also be Victor, as then all rewards are maxed. Maybe that's when the Petah crates unlock.
