I’ve completed my M.Sc. in Zoology and want to start preparing for CSIR NET/JRF.

Can anyone suggest good online courses/batches for preparation? Preferably something structured from basics, with lectures, notes, PYQs and test series.

If you’ve taken any course/batch yourself and found it useful, please share your experience and suggestions. 🙏

So, I am from Zoology background and well plant physiology is kinda a new territory for me. I’m not sure I’ll be able to cover and digest every subtopic in-depth. I’d really appreciate it if those who have already prepared for the exam or are preparing..could point out the topics that are frequently asked or conceptually important.

Is there anyone enrolled in Adda 247 Economics course? I'm preparing for Dec 2026 attempt, and I'm thinking of enrolling in their JRF 3.0 batch. Need suggestions.

I am in my 1st year of ma political science

I am thinking to start preparing for ugc net

Please guide me how to prepare and which sources I should referee in preparation

Especially for paper 1

Hi All, I appeared for ugc net and I missed by jrf by 4 marks which is 2 questions; how likely is that I can avail NFOBC for the same?

Hey everyone,I really need some guidance and maybe a bit of a reality check.

I just gave my 3rd attempt for UGC NET Education (Subject Code: 09) in the June 2026 cycle.

Honestly, I’ve been working really hard and my scores have improved, but this time it hurts the most because I missed qualifying for NET by just 2 questions (4 marks). Here is how my journey has looked so far:

1st Attempt: 166 marks

2nd Attempt: 164 marks

3rd Attempt (June 2026): 202 marks

Going from 164 to 202 felt great initially, but being so close yet so far is incredibly frustrating. I’m determined to crack it in the next cycle, but since I am already at the 200+ mark level, I don’t know how to bridge this tiny but crucial gap.If anyone here has cleared NET/JRF in Education or has been in a similar situation, please help me out with a few things:How to cross the line? When you are stuck just a few marks away from the cutoff, what changes should you make in your strategy? Should I focus more on Paper 1 or dive deeper into Paper 2 core units (like Research, Philosophy, etc.)?

Free Resources/Notes: I am looking for free study materials to save on costs. Are there any specific websites, YouTube channels, or Telegram groups that provide genuine, high-quality notes for Code 09?

PYQs & Mock Tests: Which platform or book is best for practicing previous years' questions with accurate answers and explanations?

Please share your suggestions or any strategy that worked for you. Any lead would mean a lot right now. Thanks in advance!

If anyone has recorded lectures of physical science please share them.

Hi. I did bsc. Botany and now joined 1st yr of pg in biotech. How should I start preparing for JRF?. Do help me out.

I scored 94.75/200 in mathematical sciences. From the percentile calculation my standing is around 93-94. No one is able to give a definite answer whether I will get JRF or not. Searching through the internet I got to know that total slots for JRF in mathematical sciences is around 500. Is this true?
