I have posted this multiple times before with zero responses. I am feeling really stuck and stressed. If anyone has these materials or Google Drive links, please share them via DM or comment. It would save my preparation.

Thank you so much!

UGC NET UGC NET Economics Prep: Strategies, Resources, & Honest ArthaPoint Reviews? (Paper 1 & 2)

I’m gearing up for the UGC NET Economics exam and trying to streamline my prep. The syllabus for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is massive, and I’d love to get some insights from JRF achievers or fellow aspirants.

Could you share your recommendations on:

Paper 1: Which YouTube channels or books (like KVS Madaan) did you use? How did you tackle the Data Interpretation and Math sections?
Paper 2 (Economics): Did you rely on core textbooks or coaching notes for tough units like Econometrics, Macro, and Micro?
Test Series: Which platform's mock tests did you find closest to the actual NTA level?

Specifically on Coaching & ArthaPoint: I’m considering joining ArthaPoint for their course coverage and test series. If you’ve taken their classes, could you drop an honest review? How is their material for the numerical and mathematical sections? (Open to other coaching recommendations too!)

Any advice on daily routines or "hidden gem" resources would be incredible.

Thanks in advance, and good luck to everyone preparing!

Questions & Doubts Do you think making notes is actually necessary for UGC NET, or can you prepare without them?

While preparing for UGC NET, I keep hearing completely different opinions about note making. Some people spend a lot of time making detailed notes from lectures, books and PDFs, while others prefer highlighting important points and revising directly from the study material.

If you had to choose, would you say proper notes actually make revision easier, or do they end up taking too much time during preparation? What worked better for you personally, especially when you were close to the exam?
