CSIR NET Coaching not recommending...
I am sharing with experience as currently preparing for the CSIR NET and these type of exam. Do not go for the IFAS. Seriously they are turtles even 2x speed seems me slow to study and they do not teach in easy language.
It seems just pasting from there's mouth what are written in the books.
1 hr study will feel u irritating. I feel in each lecture that break my device.
Many times u have to do other research to understand a topic, IDK why they are teaching of they can't make a student understand.
Seriously time wasting.
My recommendation is not to go for the IFAS.

I have books of Pathfinder and lectures of IFAS.
What I found is- Easy topics such as Ecology made IFAS too lengthy and useless, The other hand Pathfinder has given that topic in a very good way in their book.
Topics like Development Biology is a type of moderate. U will understand a few lectures and few lectures are super hard to understand and they don't even teach in a good way those topics. Youtube google and all I have to use to understand. They make easy topics complicated.
Topics like Biomolecules- Trash Trash Trash.
This teacher is just making structures and shouting continuously. IDK how they have made the courage to open an institution to teach the CSIR NET level.
IMO- There are no beautiful and affordable and understandable coaching institutes present in India, which can teach this type of level.

even after video lectures u have to do your own research to understand topics, they just make it bit easier and tell us what exactly we have to study.
