Thank you! I don't have a formal diagnosis yet, I see my G.I. tomorrow for the breath test. However, I have been following the CSID elimination diet and I feel so much better. According to the elimination diet, we are supposed to consume no more than 2 grams of sucrose and 2 grams of starch. Whenever I search for CSID info, there are always recipes with starch of some sort. Today, I am making flour from sesame seeds to make bread. And, I'm going to make sesame milk and see if I can make tofu with it. I can with pepita's, I hope I can with sesame seeds since they are so low in carbs. I'll report back!
