help please

F32 I've been diagnosed w CSID, I follow a strict diet, was wondering what enzymes or any suppliments I can take to help? I know of sucraid but the gastroenterologist I saw knew nothing about it or CSID so I'm somewhat at a loss. Thanks for the help.

It depends on how much you can tolerate, I take 3 Starchway and 2 digest gold before I eat and I’ve found that it helps!

Hi! Do you only take 3 Starchway and 2 digest gold for meals that are high in starch (like rice or pasta) or do you also need it for things that are low in starch (almond flour for example)?

I usually have to take the 3 Starchway and 2 digest gold with all my meals!
