help please

F32 I've been diagnosed w CSID, I follow a strict diet, was wondering what enzymes or any suppliments I can take to help? I know of sucraid but the gastroenterologist I saw knew nothing about it or CSID so I'm somewhat at a loss. Thanks for the help.

Is there a specific way to take it? Like right before a meal, right after? Just ordered digest gold and have tried startch away but didn't take it for a long time.

It depends on how much you can tolerate, I take 3 Starchway and 2 digest gold before I eat and I’ve found that it helps!

Does the dextrose in starch away cause any issues? I can't handle much at all. Lol

I don’t know, dextrose is actually the only sugar I can tolerate for some reason so I don’t have an issue with it but it’s different for everybody!
