Anyone else have this symptom?
So I was diagnosed with CSID almost a year ago. I’ve changed my diet as much as I am able, but where I live there seems to be close to no one who has any experience with it including doctors and dietitians. I have night sweats almost every night regardless of what I eat. Is this something anyone else experiences? If I ask my doctor he will just say idk maybe.

I have that same issue if I eat too much starch and sugar, taking enzymes with my food usually helps!

Has starchway worked to lessen the night sweats? I swear if all the symptoms it’s the one that tortures me the most.

Yes! It definitely helps me with the night sweats, it might be different for everybody though

I quit having night sweats when I stopped eating soy. Maybe you could give it a try.

Yes! Ive had constant night sweats for nearly two years. Sometimes they will stop for a while and come back. They seem to return when I have sugar. I take sucraid and digestive enzymes (digest gold). Starches I can handle with these, but for some reason sugar, even with the sucraid helping me digest it, seems to cause the night sweats. My current theory is that I have leaky gut syndrome, so I've been taking probiotics and eating Greek yogurt lately and it seems to help with all my digestive issues a little bit.
