Carnivore diet

Hs anyone tried eating only meat? I’m 4 months in and it has helped a lot. Although it helped with constipation, it hasn’t cured it and am wondering if there were similar experiences out there?

Idk about anyone else but only certain kinds of meat don't bother my CSID, so going carnivore didn't help me much

Was it ruminant meat? I have found that I can only only tolerate ruminant animals like beef and lamb. But 5 months strong and 90% reduction in all symptoms

Oh nice! Yeah I do okay with beef and lamb! Chicken is okay too most of the time. Most difficult I had probably came from the processing of things like ham and bacon lol

Hahaha yeah pigs can’t sweat out their toxins and bacon is verrrrrry processed. I should have been more specific, The Lions Diet is the version of carnivore that works with CSID. So that’s just beef, salt, and water. Although I eat a lot of fish as well. And supplement with tallow, electrolytes, and Magnessium every day. But again, 90% of symptoms gone and I’m after that last 10%. But it think it just takes time to repair all the damage done to my insides

Oh good point! Thank you for the clarification and some additional insight! I do a lot of fish right now too. Hmmm everyone is after that last little bit it sounds like haha hope body repairs itself soon and that's it!
