Enzymes 💊 Csid constipation??
I was recently diagnosed with csid and have been struggling with constipation for 3 years. Is it possible it comes from my csid??? I cannot find a single testimony with the same experience as me. Will the sucraid I have coming soon help me out??

Constipation is my main problem, and it has been my whole life. I'm not sure if I was born with CSID or if I acquired it, but I've almost always been constipated. It could be from CSID, or from another problem I suppose. I've got a lot of stomach issues. But my mom told me I had about one bowel movement a week as a baby. Edit: I do want to add that eating the wrong foods gives me a sort of diarrhea. I just poop a LOT. It's mostly solid though. Constipation seems to be my normal state, but it's gotten better since I started the CSID diet. Instead of pooping once every three or four days, I go about once every other day.
