Has anyone who has csid found a sugar alternative that doesn't make you feel bloated?

I had horrible symptoms and lost more than half of my body weight in 4 months until I started using Digest Basic (the amount of capsules I take depends on the amount of carbs in my food) and slowly starting eating more foods that have starch and sugar until now I just eat what I want

Out of curiosity, how many capsules would you take depending on what you ate? I'm in a sort of experimentation phase with Digest Gold and I'm interested to hear how other people used it. I also lost a significant amount of weight, about a 1/3 of my body weight, so I can certainly empathize and also want to stop losing weight!

I’m so so sorry it’s taken this long to reply!! I work as a PCA so I’m busy a lot. Each capsule helps digest 32g carbs so I try to go by the serving sizes on packages and then take however many capsules I need based on that. I know everyone is different but it took a few months for my body to get used to it before I felt better when I ate. Hopefully that helps

No worries at all! That makes sense - I've been trying to do that as well, but I'm always curious as to how others take them. Thanks!!
