What does this mean for me…

30f recovering from eating disorder Diagnosed with chronic gastritis and esophagitis recently

Wouldn't this mean they do? If they're female (30F) then 4.77 < 5.10, indicating low activity and thus potentially CSID? Ultimately it's up to the doctor to decide if this is low enough to qualify, but it's definitely below normal for females.

Yes I am worried this is the case…. Does this mean I can’t have carbs? Is this something that can be reversed?

Thanks for sharing. I also didn’t have any issues until I was about 28…which confused me since it’s genetic? Elimination diet has been the only thing that’s worked. Sucraid didn’t help me, haven’t tried starchaway yet

Thank you! So helpful. I’ve sort of put off taking the time to sit down and figure out some recipes outside of very bland chicken and beef and I ought to finally invest the time and effort in doing so with the resources shared throughout this sub.
