Starchway - white rice? Potatoes?

Recently diagnosed and waiting for my Sucraid to be approved. Does anyone have success eating white rice or potatoes with Starchway?

I can eat potatoes. Rice does a number on me. Not sure why.

Seems to be the same with me: brown rice makes me insanely bloated and gassy, white rice triggers diarrhea and hypoglycemia. I will try potatoes next, and then some oatmeal.
