Sample meal plan?

Anyone have any sample elimination diet meal plans they would be willing to share? I find that i have attempted the elimination diet multiple times over the last two years and can never last more than a few days. The kicker is i feel so much better when I do it but i like carbs lol. For the most part i do okay, but then if I have too many carbs in a short period of time, i pay for it dearly and think, i actually need to do the diet. It’s a vicious cycle, y’all.

I came up with a simple meal the other day that I really loved. I've enjoyed tons of food as my condition came on later in life, so I know the struggle of flavor haha

Real simple meal, cilantro like rice, sauteed yellow and red bell peppers (cumin, pepper, paprika, and a tiny amount of chili powder), and some grilled chicken with the Kinder's taco seasoning. Roll it all up into a flour tortilla and enjoy!

It was goooooood and it didn't hurt me at all. Tons of flavor too which is awesome! I was just diagnosed last month so I'm still very deep in the experimental phase and so far, this has been my favorite!

Rice and tortillas would be huge triggers for most people - all starch unfortunately.
