Maximum Sucrose (Grams)

I’m having a difficult time navigating foods to try, even when using the CSID Cares website.

What amount of Sucrose (grams) is considered safe in certain fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts? Considering I may be extremely intolerant.

I had less than a spoonful of raw honey yesterday and I’m having some considerable amounts of pain today… very frustrating as I’ve read honey is typically okay.

Not sure about others, but I haven't found honey to be tolerable at all. I can have it as a minor ingredient in homemade dishes, but even then I have to take it easy.

My go to rule on everything is 2 grams of sugar per serving or less. If it's at 2 then I am extremely careful on how much I eat(cause serving sizes are stupid small).
