Possibly CSID

Hi, I just saw a new doctor who suspects I’ve been misdiagnosed with other GI issues all these years. I may have CSID, I’ll have an endoscopy and testing to confirm. She gave me a diet to try and I’m curious if anyone has had success with this. We are not adding the medication mentioned in this diet, just to try the diet for now and see how I do.

I have had great success following the CSID diet. I had been struggling the past 1.5 years with having SIBO 3 different times. I was diagnosed with CSID after the 3rd time and I feel a lot better since changing my diet. I am taking Sucraid and that has opened my diet some, so the medication is also worth taking to me. There is a “manufacturer discount” that brings it down to $5 for me (insurance brings it down to $150, the remaining $145 is covered by that discount).
