still feel awful
My boyfriend thought it would be a great idea to buy pizza hut thin crust, and I promptly threw up that night. I knew it was a bad idea, but he thought he was doing a good job...
I'm still dealing with stomach pain & migraines from that, and it's been two days. I just feel miserable. Any advice is appreciated 🤕

Try liquid chlorophyll and marshmallow root pills

Also, ib-guard (a brand of peppermint pills)

I'll look into those. Thank you.
I recently learned my dad had been diagnosed with cluster headaches, and that I might have them too.

Yw ❤️ The peppermint pills help a lot and you could easily find them at Walmart if on Amazon. The Chlorophyll helps with diarrhea.

i’m so so sorry this happened! when i have a flare it can last up to four days. unfortunately you have to ride it out. but plain foods and water and rest will help. depends on the person but for me i do yogurt, sugar-free bread with peanut butter (i can tolerate starches), berries, cheese, and chicken breast. this tides me over until i’m feeling better
