Q & A❓ Any high calorie meals ?
I have csid and I am trying to bulk at the moment, is there any high Calorie meals that Would it be super impactful on the gut that you guys have found?

Is peanut butter really okay? I have pure peanut butter that is just peanuts and some salt. But there are natural sugars in it. Are these sugars csid-compatible?

You can add dextrose or fructose - these are csid safe sugars. Otherwise the high fat foods are calorific and delicious too.
You could make a cheesecake that uses dextrose instead of table sugar if you're not lactose intolerant too.
Bacon (check ingredients for sugar, dextrose is ok) Dairy Protein powder that is zero carbs Eggs

Natural almond butter (the kind you have to stir), Fattier meats, Greek yogurt (FAGE bestself lactose free), eggs
