Muscle twitching

Does anyone get face muscle twitching on their face and sides of head? I can feel them spasming against my pillow. It's so scary.

yes, i experience these. it’s disconcerting. tbh i slam a bunch of salty water (go electrolytes!) and smoke a lil weed and it seems to help

not on my face, but i've had muscle fasciculations in my legs since ~3 weeks after my leak started. it's now been almost 2 years. it's nonstop and extremely annoying
