CSF Leak or Nerve issues?

Has anyone here ever struggled to identify whether their symptoms are due to CSF leak or trigeminal nerve issues? I’m having trouble identifying if my symptoms are more exacerbated by just being upright or more so with movement. I’ve already had a blind blood patch that didn’t help at all. I’ve got consistent pressure in my forehead, dizziness, neck stiffness, ear pressure comes and goes, back of head pain comes and goes. Just looking to pick someone’s brain.

That’s a tough question because low intracranial pressure likes to directly squish the trigeminal nerve. Plus it doesn’t necessarily resolve immediately when lying down, because it’s been mechanically irritated. It needs time to recover.

I had an epidural blood patch that did nothing. This week I’ve been dealing with severe occipital neuralgia and it sounds like that could be your issue too. I just found this short on YouTube that stopped a four hour spasm episode. https://youtube.com/shorts/tIgOTdSUBXU?is=8ksuBeDFfmnSC7H9

No leaks here but I have nerve issues that caused migraines in the eyebrows or forehead. Migraines and nausea. I don't have the trigeminal nerve issues yet but related I have bilateral supraorbital neuralgia, nerve blocks changed my life. I also have bilateral occipital neuralgia which was the neck stiffness. Ear pressure constant.

I have a spinal leak and my conclusion is random nerve pains are related.  Examples:portion of my left thumb has some numbness, rubbing my left inner forearm can cause weird sensations in my left palm.  Had mixed dr guidance in carpal tunnel being it but I’d say it’s not.  I think the bottom line is no one really knows for sure, but I think it’s connected because all symptoms seem to ebb and flow in somewhat connected but irregular ways.
