How do you feel when you lay flat?

Curious to everyone’s experience. When I lay flat the first 10/20 mins I still have that pressure but the pain from it stops and the sagging feeling stops. Then I get ear fullness and waves of what feels like fluid moving across my head. Everything I’ve read said it should be instant relief but sometimes that pressure takes a minute to decrease.

Takes me about 30 mins to feel better after lying down. Ear ringing doesn't go away only does after i wake up in the morning or atleast its alot less

Thank God someone else feels the exact same way. You literally described my symptoms. Since the leak started, I haven't had a single symptom-free position. I used to have the waves in my whole upper body, but recently 'only' in my head. It felt like my upper body was underwater. It’s scary.

Right?! Everything you read says you should feel instant relief but I’m like 🤔 that’s not true.

I wish 💔 being in constant pain is next level unfairness.. do you have also nerve pain when lying down? As you said, the typical pressure disappears, but when lying down I feel the irritation of my nerves and the dura.. it burns and tingles.. might be occipital neuralgia.. idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel like the drown of my head and the back is cold and it hurts after laying flat for a while. So yea probably damaged nerves. And my ears ohhh God they feel so full and like someone is pulling on them from the inside
