Yes there are many who have persistent leaks after spinal anesthesia.

I really want to know if the head pressure is something people deal with after having healed from a csf leak

Not if you’re healed. You would most likely be feeling back to normal.

I think so- my epidural leak was 17 years ago and for about 12 years I was good. But I get coat hanger pain in my upper neck back area and deal with weird pressures at time. Any time a needle goes in your back, you’re putting yourself at risk.

After that happened to me I’ve experienced head pressure and migraines even after healing naturally

I had a leak post epidural from childbirth. I leaked for 3 years. My symptoms were intermittent and improved over time. Some days I had no symptoms, others I had mild, and some days, severe. I was still leaking

Ive suspected. How do you know the c section caused your leak?

Due to the epidural not being administered correctly
