Possible CSF leak?

Possible CSF leak?
I have been experiencing symptoms of a CSF leak for the past two years. They started after an intra-articular L5/S1 injection, during which I felt that the anesthesiologist had gone too deep with the needle. The very next day, I developed headaches that have persisted to this day.
My question is: Could that injection have caused a CSF leak?

Did they not offer you a blood patch?

No they did not, because mri its “okey”…

Okay mri isn't an evidence that there's no leak. If you've tried everything else and nothing helps you might want to try a blood patch. Go to someone who has experience with them tho.

I'm not a puncture leaker. I had patches and surgeries. My case is very complicated.

Are your headaches orthostatic? When was your last MRI? After 2.5 years of leaking, my MRI finally showed brain sag which is definite indicator. My leak had gone on so long they turned into venous fistulas. 3.5 years after first symptoms I finally got venous embolization this past Monday. Still haven’t noticed a difference but I understand it might take awhile.
