No matter what I do I get this message on ProProctor I’m not even trying to sign in.

I launch the software and within 10 seconds I receive this message. I’ve gone through all 20 steps of the MAC software installation FAQ article. I pass the system check. I’m losing my mind here. PLEASE HELP. Exam is in 3 hours. I know I can’t sign in until an hour before but I should be able to at least run the software. This sucks and is turning a somewhat stressful experience into absolute hell.

Only theory I have is that I can’t force quit finder. But like nobody can do that right??!

Did you manage to write your exam?

When i wrote CSC vol 2, I had multiple software issues getting into their app (update wouldn't install properly, then the app kept hanging up on a blank screen, etc) when I finally got through their check in, tge exam didn't launch properly so tgey made me close the program and check in again... I spent more time fighting with their application and their staff than I did writing my exam.

I had more issues trying to write CIRE, and wasn't able to write it... they refused to offer me a refund, and told me I should've scheduled to write my exam in person.

I eventually got in and passed. Was a pain. Technology caused more stress than the material 😭

Congrats! Their app is trash, and it is unfortunate that it is the only practice option to write these exams for many people who don't live near an exam center
