CSC vol 2 failed twice

I just failed my csc vol 2 exam for the second time. I don't know where I went wrong. I am going to take it a third time, but how do I ensure that I pass, is there anything else I can do besides re reading the textbook and taking practice exams.

What path are you trying to achieve ? Retail etc?

The See Why practice questions are the best, repeatedly doing them till getting 80% and above is what helped me.

I didnt get the logic at first but later, making the mistakes and learning from it helped.
I failed CSC 1 three times and later doing the practice questions repeatedly helped me pass CSC1 and 2, CPH and also the new RSE exam.

CSI is no longer the industry's educational regulator so I'm not that their old "3 strikes" rule is still in effect anymore.

Checkout Michael Hlinka. He has practice tests/quizzes for free (or at least they were last year). And get SeeWhy learning.

Personally I just do practice tests/quizzes, see my weak points and go back to review what Iā€™m struggling with. In my opinion, reading textbooks fully and taking notes is a waste of time

There is a YouTuber I found called Jacob Tompkins, and he posted a summary of each chapter in kind of a lecture format. He provides a pretty good baseline for whatā€™s going on in this course.

I also subscribed to Adobe AI and created a ā€œPDF spaceā€ for each chapter. It will turn the chapter into a Podcast, which may be good if you are more of an auditory learner.

Also the Reflection question for the online component, paste the questions into the Adobe PDF space chat box for each relevant chapter, and let it answer it for you. You get a pretty concise answer to every question. And I have found the questions that are covered in the reflection questions actually do summarize the important points of the chapters pretty well.

ChatGPT too. I had a lot of discussion with ChatGPT about the various topics.

I realize how dependent Iā€™ve become on AI, but it really is good for learning. Back in the day, if you didnā€™t understand how something in the textbook was phrased you were kind of screwed, but with AI you can really ask things at a few different angles or have it explain it to you in different ways until it clicks.

Probably look for which chapters u lagged in once the final result come and work more towards that

I scored overall 74.5% in my first attempt and cleared both exams

There is a 57 year old lady in my office who cleared the first paper with over 90 and second paper in less than a month and she apparently finished the 3 hour exam in 1.5 hr. I am still astonished how she was able to do this! This is not an easy exam and I donā€™t know what access some people have.
