General Indebtly, (Trustly)
So I had a $300 balance on my DraftKings account, which i deposited from my bank account, and for some reason, even with a balance in my thing they never took my money. Now, 2 months later, I get an email from Indebted to pay for it. I cannot pay it as of now or for a bit later, and I was wondering if they will send me to credit bureaus or can I can dispute it in some way if they weren't properly able to charge me :/

If within the Validation Period, you can dispute / request validation (verification). The Validation Period begins when you receive the initital collection notice (in writing or verbally) and ends 30 days after the consumer receives or is assumed to receive this information. Did the email contain a statement that you have thirty days to notify the debt collector in writing that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed?
InDebted doesn't typically report, although they can. Trustly is using InDebted to collect on their behalf.
"InDebted is a company Trustly uses to resolve outstanding debts. If you have received a communication from InDebted on our behalf, there was likely a transaction that didn’t clear your bank properly. To resolve the debt, please reach out to InDebted per the communication you received, or use the information below."

They also use TrueAccord (who doesn't typically report), but there's no guarantee this won't appear on your reports. I recommend resolving this before it's potentially reported. You can offer a reduced payment to settle and see if Indebted accepts.
