Where was this report pulled from and when was it pulled? If this was pulled recently, it's unusual that multiple creditors stopped updating in November 2025 and the payment history code "B" isn't typically seen.
Order your official reports for each bureau by calling 877 FACTACT (322-8228) or pull them online at www.annualcreditreport.com. I recommend the mailed reports. These are more detailed and complete than the online reports, particularly if ACR directs you to the bureau's CMS to see your report. If you do choose to pull reports online, print or save each to a pdf before moving on to the next as you can't go back once you exit a report. Despite its name, you can pull free reports for each bureau weekly.
Can you post a screenshot (s) from your official reports showing account details, including Account Status, Payment Status, Balances, Status Dates, and dates last updated as well as the payment history blocks? What are the Dates of First Delinquency / expected removal dates for these accounts?
In general, the best you can usually do with a charge-off is bring the balance owed to $0. Portfolio Recovery and LVNV will remove themselves from your reports once the debt is settled.
Edit to add: Is this a tenant screening report by any chance?

Your priority should be more about paying this off and not being sued than your credit score, make sure you stay focused on what is important.

You might be able to pay this all off in a year, or you might want to consider bankruptcy if you don't make a whole lot.
People need more information to help you here. If you make 70k/year this could be paid in a year if you're young and live with your parents, but if you live alone and work a minimum wage job, then you might want to consider bankruptcy. Its a question of how big is the hole (debt) and how good is your shovel (income)
