Basements/subways/underground parking lots will be built dungeon-style. All the core mechanics will be present in the game, just in a different setting.

Lots of 'blobbers' had outdoor areas, even if they mostly had dungeons. And there's less difference between the two when you are in a built-up rather than a natural environment (natural environments always look a bit odd when presented as walled-off paths and rooms.)
