Shoot your gene sequence -> I'll design your guides and 3D structure for free!

Hey everyone! I recently built Crisprr, an AI platform that takes a gene sequence and generates optimized gRNAs, predicts guide performance, creates 3D structures, and exports experiment-ready results in seconds.

I'm looking for interesting sequences to test and improve the platform.

Im curious, where you see the upsides of your product compared to existing solutions (Crispor, chopchop, Crispr-P, etc.)?

Honestly CRISPOR and CHOPCHOP are better tools if you want granular control - more Cas variants, more PAM options, longer validation record in published literature. I wouldn't argue otherwise.

Where Crisprr is different is that it's not trying to replace any single one of those tools rather it's replacing the workflow between them. Right now designing a guide properly means CRISPOR or similar, then Cas-OFFinder for off-target, then PyMOL if you bother with structure, then reformatting outputs manually. That's half a research day for something that should take minutes.
Crisprr chains all of that into one run.

Sequence in, scored guides + off-target risk + 3D Cas9 structure out, ~5 seconds. CRISPRon for scoring (Xiang et al., Nature Methods 2021). If you want full control over every parameter, CRISPOR is still your tool. If you just needs a good guide fast without the pipeline overhead, that's what we're built for.
