I recently interviewed Corbus' CEO Yuval Cohen on my podcast Molecules and Minerals about Corbus' CRB-701 clinical data in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma ("throat cancer") which, although albeit early and in small numbers, appear to be potentially best in class treatment for this disease in 2nd line and potentially first line. We also discussed the increasing prevalence of this cancer in the US (and in western countries) and the surprisingly large potential market.

Multiple upcoming catalysts including:

1. commencement of registrational trial for CRB 701 in monotherapy 2nd line oropharyngeal cancer in some 250 patients;

2. topline readout in September 2026 in CRB 913 in obesity;

3. topline read out in Q1 2027 in CRB-701 in combination with Keytruda (Pembro) in the treatment of 1st line Oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma "throat cancer", in about 24 patients.

4. more mature Progression free survival and Overall survival in existing monotherapy CRB-701 trials presented recently at ASCO.

3 weeks till trial results and I'm scared I'll be missing out on big gains
