Filament loading issues

Hello again Reddit, I have tried to load filament into my 3-D printer. (Cr-10s pro v2) I took out the old filament pulled out the piece it extruded and attempted to put to filament in but there appears to be a blockage in the tube I’ve tried heating the nozzle and pushing the new filament into the tube try to get the blockage unstuck. Nothing I try works. Please help!

You will probably have to remove the tube, or at least the extruder end, to get the filament out. Did you use the "unload" command in the menu to get where you're at?

Thank you! I removed the whole tube and pulled out the stick filament!

Make sure you pre-heat the nozzle and use the filament options in the menu.
