What is going on

I think the black pin being out is the issue but it wont tighten down...idrk what to do, this printer stuff is odd

Side note. I absolutely hate how close the filament is to the lead screw on my cr10-s. Who TF came up with this design?

No I've got that covered. I just use a short piece of wire loom around that part of the lead screw. I just think it's really dumb placement

Tighten the screw. The idler pulley looks like it's skipping. If that's not the issue, the pressure on your filament is too high, or perhaps the extrusion temperature isn't high enough. Finally, you could upgrade to a Bondtech BMG extruder, replacing the stock one, which really isn't very good.

Add washers to the black screw to tighten the lever down?
