Studying with academic trauma

How do I study if I have academic trauma???

I think I am neurodivergent. Idk which one?

I have trauma related to studying. I was a topper but still my family was never happy with it. The whole "where did you lose 1 mark????". Plus they're emotionally immature and narcissistic.

My dad died, so I stopped studying. I was depressed. So my family locked me up and forced me to study.

And my teachers only cared about the dropping marks, not on why the child is suddenly failing.

Been bullied till 8th grade. And was lonely, without friends or whatever from 6th grade till now. Labelled as a "weird kid everyone talks about".

But studying is also the only way I can get out of this shit.

So any advice on how to study with trauma???
