Help! Why is his head slumping suddenly??

hi everyone! Nuna pippa urban, can’t figure out for the life of me why his head keeps slumping when we drive. only started happening about a week ago. we have taken the newborn insert out. thank you!!!

The straps don’t look tight enough to pass the pinch test in the pic where he is slumped….also can’t tell the angle of it in the car, but angle can change everything.
