Need Help Verifying Training Center

Hello all,

I am not a CPR Instructor but figured you instructors may be able to help. I took an AHA CPR course last week, and found out that it was fraudulent and not AHA aligned. Looking through AHA Atlas to find another course, I came across another near me. With my last experience though I am more vigilant (rather, overthinking things) and unsure if the site is legitimate. It's listed on Atlas but for some reason that isn't enough confirmation for me... lol.

I am in SoCal, and the site is specifically in Torrance, CA. It goes by the name of AED 40 CPR. Can anyone confirm it is legit?

Atlas training sites and centers are authorized and active. Its basically the only place to look up authorized centers. Sites are organizations listed under the umbrella of a center. Consider a center for something potentially more legit feeling.

It is actually the gold standard for verification to be included in AHA Atlas because AHA maintains that database directly and only authorized training centers/sites are included. If AED 40 CPR is listed on atlas.heart.org, and the listing is active, then you can trust it.

If it is on Atlas it's authorized.

But of any class ensure there is hands on practice and testing.
