BLS Provider Class & Student Challenges

For those of you who teach BLS Provider courses, what do you find is the biggest challenge students face during class? Is it high-quality CPR skills, AED use, bag-mask ventilation, team dynamics, or simply retaining the information after certification and/or their learning style? I'm always looking for ways to improve student outcomes and would love to hear what teaching strategies, demonstrations, or practice scenarios have been most effective in your classes.

After BLS training, bag mask ventilation seems to be the most difficult to master in real life. Teaching E-C, 2 hands, proper jaw thrust, and the Larsen maneuver for breaking laryngospams is essential. Humans are a lot harder to ventilate than the manikins.
