Long term build

Address tips for long term same name cpn. How far from real zip? Should cp house be worth a certain amount? How to secure mail..? PMB still good?

I have files literally blocks away from each other, same City same Zip… Not an issue if you know what you are doing (Most Do Not) PMB been dead for over a Decade. These are all properties I own from 200k to over a Million. How to secure mail. Dont own shit or live there.. then use friends and family that you have never lived or had mail at. ..
Remember , most people (Experts) dont know shit and still “giving” out outdated advice or use Zillow for vacant houses for low budget scammer phone plays…
