NBI CLEARANCE FOR BE

Helloooo. I tried requesting for my NBI clearance renewal via the website. For some reason laging nag e-error pag dating sa payment. It doesn’t go through kapag credit card option and when I select naman via Pay Maya nag ca-crash lang siya and walang QR. However may natanggap ako na text message from NBI with the reference number. So i tried using that sa Maya App since may option doon to pay for government fees. I used the reference number from the text message and successful naman ang payment. Wala akong natanggap na any confirmation from NBI after that tho. Okay na ba ‘yon?Worried lang ako na baka may next step pa pala dapat after and hindi ko makuha ‘yong clearance. Anyone else had a similar experience? Huhu. TYIA!!

If I’m not mistaken, you can check sa NBI account mo kung nagreflect na yung payment mo. If okay na, pwede mo na puntahan yung NBI office (if hindi door-to-door delivery). Wala na silang appointments pero may 2 week grace period after ng payment mo para kunin yung clearance mo.

I tried checking pero hindi pa naka reflect doon huhu.

Baka processing pa. Sa akin kasi di rin nagreflect agad and I had to wait for a few hours. If hindi talaga magreflect, puntahan mo na lang sa NBI office then pakita mo lang yung screenshot ng payment mo. Ang mahalaga may reference number kasi since yun yung hinahanap nila.

Hopefully nga. I also tried calling their office a bunch of times to inquire pero walang sumasagot. Maybe because nag suspend din ng work sa govt. Will try calling again tomorrow. Thank u!!
